The SDG meeting (SDGM) is a three day meeting, held annually, which brings together the UK spectroscopy and dynamics community. We focus on providing early career researchers (PhD students and postdocs) with opportunities to present their work through short talks and posters. In addition we have a handful of invited speakers to highlight cutting edge research in our field, through tutorial lectures and research seminars.

SDGM2027 will be held on January 6-8 2027 at the Central Laser Facility, STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, on the Harwell Campus in Oxfordshire – the UK’s national laser facility, and a fitting home for the 25th anniversary of the SDG! The SDGM2027 is organized by James Thompson and his Team.
Save the date! Further details about invited speakers and registration will follow in September.
